Someone suffering from General Anxiety Disorder can feel they are worrying about pretty much everything.
General Anxiety is very common. Millions of humans suffer from general anxiety.
Social Anxiety is being uncomfortable with social occasions such as fear of attending weddings or funerals. Even much smaller social events can evoke anxiety. An evening out with friends can feel challenging and uncomfortable. Likewise interacting with colleagues in the workplace can seem overwhelming.

OCD or (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder) is a form of Anxiety.
Also In extreme cases, acute and chronic anxiety can lead to Agoraphobia. This is the fear of stepping outdoors, or visiting places or situations that might cause you to experience a panic attack.
As a rule; It’s the fear of having a panic attack that can be almost as bad as having one for some sufferers.
Panic Attacks and any form of Anxiety can be better managed with appropriate help.
Also it’s easier than you might think it is to manage your anxiety, when you have the necessary tools and techniques on board to do so.
